I joined Axiom in 2010 as VP of Operations, since joining I’ve served as Chief Technology Officer and am currently responsible for both Product Strategy and Marketing. As a 20 year veteran of the CRM and Sales Enablement industry I’ve sold, led and consulted for a variety of highly successful private and public companies. Over those 20 years I’ve worked with CRM systems from Siebel, Oracle, PeopleSoft and Salesforce.com. I’ve always believed that CRM systems should help people be more effective and not just more efficient. My pet peeve with CRM systems is when companies lose site of helping the seller by over-complicating the system with way too many required steps and fields.
When I’m not planning a campaign, white boarding product ideas with development or working with customers you can usually find me quietly reading virtually everything the industry produces. In my off hours I hang out with my family and on the weekends I’m a backyard BBQ chef.
